After your order is placed; it usually ships within 4-7 business days, based on payment method. If you choose UPS Ground most of our customers in the contiguous U.S. receive their orders in just 10-14 business days, after shipping notification. Some items may be arriving in separate shipments. Orders may arrive from multiple locations as some items are shipped from our stores and some are shipped directly from our designers.

Some items are currently unavailable to ship and will ship in 14-21 business days after the order date. Contact us if you have an immediate shipping need and we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Occasionally, items are unavailable. If this is the case, we will contact you immediately via email to let you know. Every attempt will be made to get purchases to you as quickly as possible! If you ordered several out of stock items, we will ship each item as soon as it becomes available for no additional shipping charge. These items will be ground shipped.
We are happy to ship to most international destinations. Costs vary according to the package size. For international orders, our apologies, but we cannot estimate your country's customs charges. You will be contacted 1-3 business days after your order has been placed for approval on the shipping and handling charges. Lola & the Beast is not responsible for the loss or damage of packages once they are shipped to an international destination. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which are assessed by each individual country at the time of delivery. When ordering from outside of the US, please be sure all address information on your order is complete and correct. Customs declaration cannot be altered.
You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after placing your order by contacting us. (In case you do not receive confirmation of cancellation by email). All email requests for cancellation must be confirmed by the store and made within 24 hours of your order. Please note, there is no guarantee that orders can be cancelled after 24 hours or if the item has already shipped. Some items ship immediately. In such cases, no cancellations are permitted if you have been issued a tracking number or shipping notice even if you email within 24 hours. Those orders must be processed as returns. All unconfirmed requests for cancellation and those made after 24 hours of placing your order must be processed as returns with the associated restocking fee and deduction of the small order processing fee, as applied. Please note, we cannot cancel or modify an order once processing has commenced which is generally within 24 hours of your order placement. The restocking fee for most cancellations is 15% unless otherwise expressly stated and the credit for the cancellation is less the small order processing fee that ioffer charges.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from LOLA & THE BEAST simply return the item(s) to us unused within 15 days after receipt for a full store credit. A ten percent restocking will be applied to sale items sent back for exchange or store credit when not applied against the exchange of other sale items.
In the event of a desired exchange, please avoid placing a separate order for replacement merchandise. You will be charged automatically for that order and issued a store credit for returned item(s).
We do not refund shipping charges and We do not accept COD returns. ALL REFUNDS AND RETURNS WILL BE ASSESSED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE!

All returned merchandise must be in original condition.
Any sale, personalized, custom, or perishable orders will not be accepted for return or exchange and return shipping expenses will be provided by the customer.
Once an order has been confirmed delivered to the customer, the items are the personal property of that customer. If it is your preference to return an item for exchange or store credit we suggest the package is sent with insurance and delivery confirmation for tracking purposes.
RESTOCKING FEES APPLY
YOU WILL BE BILLED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE for each item returned for a refund. All shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
SIZING YOUR PET
We recommend that you make your selection carefully or contact us for additional information if you are unsure of the correct size for your purchase. We don't recommend specific sizes because we cannot guarantee the measurements of your pet and the size of individual pets of even the same breed vary, but we are happy to supply the manufacturer information so you can make a decision.
As a general rule, refer to the size chart for a specific item and the dimensions of the product. None of our items sold indicate size by weight, for instance. Particularly with respect to pet carriers or car seats, the weight indicates the "give" in the fabric for certain weights. It does not determine fit. The dimensions provide the best guide. The customer is ultimately responsible for selecting the appropriate size for their pet. We strongly encourage you to write us prior to purchase if you need more specific information.
Please note, where sizing information is given for breeds, this is an estimate since individual pets will differ. Refer to our measuring guide to assist you in finding the correct size or email us prior to purchase with your pet's full measurements in which case we will try to assist with general information provided by an individual manufacturer based on the measurements you provide. We encourage customers to contact us prior to purchase with any questions they may have regarding fit or returns. We are happy to help and provide you with manufacturer recommendations, other customer experiences with the item you wish to purchase or specifics regarding the return policy with respect to your intended purchase.
For Collars in particular, the smallest sizes of a particular item may not have all the features of the larger sizes to accommodate fit. E.g. fewer jewels, slightly different shape, buckle placement. This is especially true of x-small to xxx-sizes, 6 to 10 inches. Please ask if you are unsure about your item or the information seems insufficient.
For Pet Carriers in particular, soft carriers are notoriously difficult to size exactly. They are not made from cookie cutter molds and the dimensions are not exact for each. They may vary within a few inches because of the fabric. E.g. They do not stand at a certain height because they do not have the reinforced framing of hard pet carriers. This give is one of the reasons certain carriers have some flexibility for airline travel and fitting under the passenger seat. Please ask prior to purchase if you are unsure about your item or the information seems insufficient especially if your pet is of borderline size compared to the given dimensions.
